KG has been founded in 2003 by Torsten Dargers and Holger Prescher. Both having a strong background in business processes, software and it-security. MainSkill's main focus has always been information and process management. Comming from an it-security background MainSkill developed a secure information deployment and knowledge transfer system. The result is a information management system portfolio ranging from intranet to internet. An example is the MainSkill University where any party can develope online seminars and present these to their own audience.       Softzoll GmbH & Co. KG develops certified software for the electronic customs clearance system ATLAS (www.zoll.de) and provides its use online over the Internet or as regular in-house solution. A special emphasis lies in the integration of the existing IT systems and applications in order to automate the customs processes as much as possible. Because of the special requirements/regulations of ATLAS, Softzoll was detached as legally independent entity from the EDI company B&N software AG.
